I was born in Hartford, CT and raised in Windsor, CT.
Although I no longer reside in the places close to my heart, I still have love for the environments that helped raise me.
As I grew into adolescence, hip-hop culture began to influence my existence.
I used to spend days and nights writing and creating mixes with P2P programs instead of doing homework.
I almost failed out of middle school...but I learned a lot about my passions and purpose.
Still writing and messing with music like back in the day.
I went to law school immediately following my undergraduate studies and took interest in the international human rights and US-based civil rights legal frameworks, while remaining critical of the systems of global hegemony they support.
A couple years after returning to Connecticut, I joined a group of advocates, activists, and attorneys seeking to address the entanglement between federal immigration enforcement and state/local police.
I also connected with fellow Asian-Pacific Islander (API) communities through my employ within the Connecticut General Assembly's nonpartisan legislative commissions.
After further entrenching myself in the grassroots/nonprofit field for several years, I decided to change course in life.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I took some time alone to focus on my arts, including photography, writing, and creating vibes.
Just Another Day existed at this time as a web2-based journal to explore self-determination, society, science, and healing through music and memory.
I'm proud to now operate an independent entity where I can freely express while navigating between traditional and unconventional work spaces.
I look forward to sharing my gifts and offering guidance to folks from all over the world.
